As the Founder and Managing Director
of Kerwin Associates, Anne brings over
30+ years of search experience to her
clients. Anne is responsible for Kerwin’s
business strategy, development, leadership search execution and candidate development.
Maddie Payne Murray
Advisor
Maddie joined Kerwin Associates from
Pinterest where she was an integral
member of the founding Executive
Search team. There, she partnered with
senior executives to identify gaps in
their leadership benches
and fill their leadership needs.
Jamie Walsh
Business Development Associate
Jamie supports the recruiters in their
sourcing, research and search
management. He prides himself on developing
new relationships across industry, and maintaining connections with our valued clients.
Danielle Ryan
Head of Operations
Danielle partners with the
Founder on marketing events and
materials as well as internal activities
and culture building for the firm.
Danielle also assists Recruiters with
client searches, interfacing with both
clients and candidates.
Spencer Britschgi
Recruiting Associate

a Recruiting Associate and leads the
firm’s Legal Operations and Legal
Technology practice. He enjoys helping
