Professional: Manages all compliance leadership searches for the firm including Heads of Compliance and Chief Compliance Officers, as well as other niche legal and compliance searches. Conducts business development in the legal and compliance space. Manages firm-improvement projects including analyzing new tools and systems as well as improving search processes.

Maddie joined Kerwin Associates from Pinterest where she was an integral member of the founding Executive Search team. There, she partnered with senior executives to identify gaps in their leadership benches and fill their leadership needs. Prior to joining Pinterest, Maddie began her career in executive search at Heidrick and Struggles where she was a member of the Financial Services and Global Technology practice.

Personal: Enjoys traveling to new places, playing soccer for the Olympic Club in San Francisco, boutique fitness classes, skiing, and hiking with her Cavapoo, George. Maddie attended Boston College and currently lives in Menlo Park.
