Emily joined Kerwin Associates from a national staffing company where she started her career as a technical recruiter supporting various IT and engineering positions. Emily has always been passionate about recruiting since she completed an internship at Juniper Networks on the Talent Acquisition team during her junior year of college. Emily spends a majority of her time supporting the recruiters in their sourcing, research, phone screenings, and search management.  Emily attended undergrad at Santa Clara University where she studied Communications and Business.

Personal: Emily enjoys trying new elaborate recipes, attending yoga and cycling classes, and taking her rescue dog Frankie to the beach.
