As the Founder and Managing Director of Kerwin Associates, Anne brings over 30+ years of search experience to her clients. Anne is responsible for Kerwin’s overall business strategy, business development, leadership search execution and candidate development.  Anne enjoys mentoring her team, coaching and building relationships with candidates, partnering with clients and staying attuned to the legal landscape.

Personal: Anne enjoys reading, learning, spending time with her family and friends, being active, hitting tennis balls, skiing, hiking, playing golf, and seeing musicals. Anne attended UC Berkeley and is a native Californian.
