Maddie joined Kerwin Associates from Pinterest where she was an integral member of the founding Executive Search team. There, she partnered with senior executives to identify gaps in their leadership benches and fill their leadership needs.
Prior to joining Pinterest, Maddie began her career in executive search at Heidrick and Struggles where she was a member of the Financial Services and Global Technology practice.
Maddie enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt, and daughter Reilly, traveling to new places, pilates, soccer, skiing, and hiking. Maddie attended Boston College and currently lives in Redwood City.
